Murphy has created sustainable shucking knives with ECOgrip™ handles made from 100% recycled plastic, to create an environmentally friendly product that works to protect the air, earth, water, people and communities.  The reclaimed plastic is processed into pellets which can be used to manufacture new knife handles that are suitable for professional shuckers, restaurants and home use.
