The hand polished rosewood handle is weighted and contoured to fit perfectly in your hand while the curved tip allows for excellent leverage when opening at the hinge and tends to ride high inside the oyster making it easier to stay away from the meat and avoid damaging it.
Handcrafted to meet the high standards of professional shuckers, it is perfect for the occasional shucker as well.
