RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SHIPPING
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. USPS and UPS rate shipping is based on zip code. Order of $100.00 or more of product value, qualifies for free standard shipping.
The ecommerce on our website is set up so the billing address on the credit card needs to match the same ship-to street address. This is to prevent fraud and we need to charge state tax, which is problematic when there are two different states entered for billing and shipping.
Note: We cannot ship to a PO Box. Please provide us with an street address.
Our website is only designed to take orders within the USA states since we need to charge state tax and shipping costs. To export outside the US (including Canada), product needs to go through a custom clearance, with specific duty, taxes, and handling fees that we are not set-up to process via web orders.
WARRANTY
We do not have a life-time warranty on these products. Our warranty for replacement is guaranteed if there is a manufacturer’s defect, and not necessarily wear and tear overtime. A written request and images of the damage, we will issue an authorized return. If upon examination by R. Murphy Knives, if the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser and is void if the unit shows evidence of misuse like improper care, cleaning, and rust damage due to extended exposure to water.
